Make sure you have not placed the mod files into too many folders. If you're missing the 'Resource.cfg' file in the Mods folder or you suspect it's invalid - remove it, turn the game on and turn the game off, it should be there again. Open the 'Other' section and check the 'Enable Custom Content and Mods' and the 'Script Mods Allowed' settings. Turn the game on and open 'Game Options'. Drag the 'WickedWhimsMod' folder from the archive manager to opened The Sims 4 Mods folder. Open the folder for The Sims 4 Mods (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods). Open the downloaded mod archive file with an archive manager. Make sure to remove WickedWhims files before using the installer if you had the mod installed manually before. If you're using the Windows Installer version then skip this instruction. If you have previously installed mods for The Sims 4 then you should be familar with this process.
